Deep Core + Spine Stability + Strength while focu Deep Core + Spine Stability + Strength 
while focusing on full ROM

Building off of the last post, this series focuses on improving deep core strength - which helps stabilize the spine - and upper thoracic mobility. Personally I felt the benefit when wanting to stay closer to the wall and generate power more efficiently!

Plank Bird Dog + Weight Challenge
- keep back balanced as you move through the motions
- inactive core leads to wobbles fast - don’t let your back heel touch the floor 
- ideally bring knee and opposite elbow together at grounded elbow

Down Dog Shoulder Release
- let head hang, allowing maximal space between ears and shoulders, shoulder blades towards hips
- press shoulders back toward feet

Full Squat w/ Push Press
- pull elbows back, try to keep hands parallel with ears the entire exercise
- activate deep core to drive up from the bottom position and stabilize the press

Start with 3-4 rounds of 10-15 reps each, focusing on breath and activation 🙌🏼
